The Junk Drawer Spork

It never ceases to amaze me the value or rediscovered items found in my Junk Drawer. Today’s awesome find is the Plastic SPORK.
What is a SPORK, a spork is the mutated half spoon – half fork combination, unit, utensil, commonly distributed by the wonderful folks at Kentucky Fried Chicken. You know the Spork. It’s can be used to spoon up your food, but also can pick at your food like a fork.
Why is this awesome invention (The Plastic Spork) hidden away in the madness known only as my Junk Drawer? Did we not infer its greatness, its true magnitude of combination capability. Not only is the spoon -fork Spork applicable to multiple purpose uses, but it’s plastic temporary nature to be disposable.
The Junk Drawer Spork. I can only imagine the inventor of the Spork, must have been watching an episode of Sesame Street. You know when they put two words together and form a new word. The light bulbs must have been burning extra bright that day when Spoon and Fork came together to make Spork!
Should we salvage the Plastic Disposable Spork and add it to our silverware drawer so that it can be utilized to it’s true intentions, or merely leap forward to its ultimate intention of being a disposable item? Should the Spork, in all its glory be exonerated from Junk Drawer Limbo, and placed back into functional society, or retire it to it’s ultimate predetermined destination?
SPORK, your fate is up to the readers at large! You decide SPORK’s ultimate final resting place.
